As you are showing off your site here, you must understand that you may, or will, get comments on your piece of work. This thread is for both the commenters and the one to get commented, so read on.
How should I comment a site?
Foremost, your comments should be constructive. Constructive criticism is the thing you should use when commenting. The important thing about that is to tell what needs to be improved/fixed, and what is good about the site already. The number of positive and negative sides of the case does not have to be equal. No matter how little you think about the site, and you still want to comment it, find at least something positive about it. Personal views on the creator should be put aside, same with earlier works.
How should I, as the creator, react?
There is no specific answer to this, but we ask you to at least try to thank for the critics, and try to improve yourself and fix the things the critics pointed out. However, look at the bright sides they told you about too, that will help you to understand that your site can be better with some improvement, although it might be good already. Nothing, or no one, is perfect. Remember that!
